The Pioneer Valley Library Collaborative (PVLC) is made up of public libraries in the Pioneer Valley as well as members of Voices 4 Climate (V4C). V4C is a subgroup of Voices Rising Together, a grassroots group that is active on a number of political issues. V4C is a group of volunteers whose mission is to foster ways to create community discussions regarding climate change. Together, the participating libraries and V4C members make up the Pioneer Valley Library Collaborative. PVLC member organizations work together to offer a full range of events every year during Climate Preparedness Week (September 24-30) as well as events throughout the year to continue the conversations.
